In effort to best serve our sideline and commercial users, Hive Tracks is in the process of building a commercial platform. The release of Hive Tracks Commercial is planned for November - December, 2016.
With Hive Tracks Commercial, we will be able to provide you with a custom mobile application to capture the information that you normally collect in the field. The data you and your team collect from the custom mobile form will be transposed into a digital format and your data will roll up into a custom dashboard.
We can also take any information from your previous forms and create a one-of-a-kind mobile form for your operation so that you may replace the hand-written form with a digital form that may be accessed from an Apple or Android mobile phone or table.
We have also built in a dispatch function. This function allows you to create work orders and tasks that need to be performed by your helpers. The work you assign, shows up on an employee's mobile or tablet in an inbox, tipping them off of the work that needs to be performed. When the job order is completed, you are notified in your dashboard and via email.
Each system can share as many phones or tablets as you would like for as many employees you have inspecting your yards. As the administrator of your commercial platform, you would be able to dispatch inspections forms to multiple yards at once.
